My work explores the theme of microplastics through the use of piece of plastic colllected on the beach and their insidious presence in our environment. Through a dreamy, imaginative lens, I aim to translate the often-invisible threat of plastic pollution into a visually arresting aesthetic. I’am using photomontage without artificial intelligence with my own pictures.I like to play with black negative space and quite offten alusion to a water world as well as an upside-down aproach. The scenic presentation of the subject matter becomes a portal to a surreal and evocative world, where the ethereal and the alarming coexist. My intention is not simply to document the problem, but to spark an mesmerizing response as the viewvers might themselfs what they are seeing exaclty , prompting viewers to consider the profound impact of human activity on the natural world and consider the unseen consequences of our choices. The resulting images are intended to be both hauntingly fascinating and a potent call to action.
