Premium membership to the magazine
Please note that our newsletter system is not synchronized with the paying membership system giving full access to all articles and photos. Receiving our daily newsletter doesn’t mean you have a validated premium member account. To create a premium member account, please go tho this page https://loeildelaphotographie.com/en/membership-account/membership-levels/ and choose a membership plan (mensual or annual) by clicking on one of the green buttons. You will then be redirected to the account creation and payment page.
The subscription to the daily newsletter of the Eye of Photography is free and independent of the premium membership to the online magazine (monthly or annual membership). To subscribe, simply go to any page of the loeildelaphotographie.com website and enter your email in the form at the bottom of the page (see screenshot). If you have a problem with this form, please reload the page in question or open another page on the site and restart the process.
This operation is followed by an email sent to confirm your wish to subscribe. Remember to check your “SPAMS” or “Junk” folder if you do not receive the confirmation email. We also recommend that you add the email “[email protected]” to your contact list (especially for gmail users).
Problem receiving the newsletter
If you no longer receive the newsletter or if you do not receive anything even after confirming your subscription, please first follow the instructions presented in the “Subscribe to the newsletter” section above.

Why get an annual or monthly premium membership? What does the premium offer contain?
Premium memberships (annual or monthly) give you access to all of the site’s articles and archives (already over 29,000 published articles dedicated to the art of photography!) and to the entire photographic database (nearly 300,000 photos documenting the history of photography and its evolution over the last decades).
Your membership also gives you access to all the images integrated in the slideshows of each article.
Difference between newsletter and premium magazine membership
The premium magazine membership is independent of the newsletter subscription. If you wish to receive the newsletter, remember to subscribe by following the instructions presented in the “Subscribe to the newsletter” section above.
Renewal of membership
Memberships are non-binding and can be terminated at any time either by using the site on the “My Account” page (https://loeildelaphotographie.com/en/my-account/), or by direct request by email to info @ loeildelaphotographie.com. Payment for memberships is made by credit card or via a paypal account. We use the secure Stripe and Paypal platforms to process your payments. We neither have nor will ever have access to your bank details which are stored securely and encrypted on the platforms mentioned above. The initiation of a membership, provided that your bank details are valid and accepted by the payment platforms, initiates monthly or annual recurring payments depending on your membership, which is therefore automatically renewed (membership principle).
In case of automatic membership renewal: Refunds for monthly memberships can be requested without conditions no later than 5 days after the renewal payment date. Refunds for annual memberships can be requested unconditionally no later than 15 days after the renewal payment date. These refund conditions do not apply to first registrations.
How to unsubscribe / cancel premium membership
At any time you can unsubscribe directly by going to your “My account” page (https://loeildelaphotographie.com/en/my-account/), under “My memberships”, by clicking on the “Cancel” button. This operation also cancels all recurring payments.
Site login / password issues
If you are unable to connect to your premium membership account, please first check that the username (email) used to connect is the one defined when you registered (for example by checking previous emails sent by “[email protected]” to your inbox).
If you are sure you are using the correct login ID, there may be indeed a password problem. To reset your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link below the “Login” button and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you do not receive the email allowing you to continue resetting your password, please check your “spam” folder first. If you find nothing there within 30 minutes after the reset request, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected]
Two factors authentication
When you login using Two-factor authenticator you’ll be prompted to enter a secondary Authentication Code from your Phone or Email.
Two-Factor authentication adds an important extra layer of protection to your login by combining something you know, your password, with something you have, your Phone or Email, preventing attackers from gaining access to your account even if you lose control of your password.
Important: two factor authentification is not compulsory and you can skip it! Nevertheless, we still recommend it for a better security.
Updating your password
Go to your “My account” page (https://loeildelaphotographie.com/en/my-account/) then click on the “Reset password” button.
