These Daily Heroes
Tribute to all those on the front line:
The storekeeper, the cashier, the butcher, the baker, all the merchants, the pharmacist, the garbage collector, the nursing staff, the worker, the postman, the deliveryman, the bus driver, the police officer.
To those who have to deal with irrational fears, the demanding, the unconscious, confront the aggressive, the unruly, but also reassure, heal, overcoming fatigue, transport, anxiety.
They are there, often at dawn to open their shop, keep nights on duty, work until exhaustion.
They are there to serve us, to fight for our survival, to watch over us, so let’s help them and say, Thank you.
