Preview

Wessel + O’Connor Fine Art presents for the first time the work of photographerDavid Graham, through September 27th, 2015. Over the course of his 30 year career, Graham’s work has captured the colorful, sometimes surreal, and often bizarre in America. This exhibit focuses on portraits of the many different personalities he has encountered along the way. David Graham lives in Newtown, PA.  He received a BA from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia and his MFA in Photography from the TylerSchool of Art.  He studied under Ray Metzker and was mentored by neighbor, Emmet Gowin.

He has taught at Moore College of Art and is currently on the faculty at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. His work is in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art; the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art; the Art Institute of Chicago; the Philadelphia Museum of Art; the George Eastman House; the International Center of Photography; the Brooklyn Museum and the Bibliothèque Nationale in Paris.
