Family Portraits is a series that finds inspiration in the bourgeois representation of early photography to reveal the deleterious relationships between the members of the same family, where the varnish cracks and suggests discomfort. Through the whimsical portraits, Baroque or realistic, the viewer is led to project their own fantasies. Boy-girl, visible nudity, woman, octopus, group photograph looks austere and clueless, the gallery reveals many facets to allow every interpretations.
