Strangers in the Park II is the continuation of my series of large format, 4×5 black and white portraits of total strangers. Weekend Portfolios Edition of March 22, 2025 featured my initial portfolio. This group of images continues the theme, with images from Washington Square Park in NYC as well as London and Manchester in the UK.
As these portraits take some time to set up, they provide me the unique opportunity to get to know my subjects, giving me not only portraits of humanity but also connections with individuals that I would normally never meet.
