Athens Photo Festival invites artists and photographers worldwide to submit their work for its Exhibition Program. Selected projects will be on view from June 10 to July 26 2026 at the Benaki Museum / Pireos 138. Submissions close on Monday, March 9 2026.
Through this open call, the Festival will feature the work of 80+ artists from around the world. Exploring cultural, artistic, social, and political perspectives, it offers a dynamic platform for exchange, artistic dialogue, and engagement with photography and visual culture.
We welcome projects across the full spectrum of photographic practice — from fine art and conceptual work to documentary and photojournalism — as well as expanded image-based forms, including installation and moving image.
The Main Program will occupy all exhibition spaces of the Benaki Museum / Pireos 138, spanning over 3,000 square meters. Alongside the exhibitions, the Festival presents a program of events and initiatives, including educational activities, networking and talent development opportunities, community outreach, and public programs.
