The Ghosts Within
This project focuses on exploring and making visible various psychological struggles through the lens of portrait photography. The aim is not merely to present these conditions, but to uncover the emotional states individuals face as they navigate through the internal battles that arise after being marginalized by society. Each photograph serves as an invitation to embark on a journey through the emotional climates of these individuals capturing the intensity, darkness, and light of their experiences. In this project, I seek to go beyond merely observing faces; I aim to witness the depths of their inner worlds, to take a journey into the realm where they strive to exist. Bearing witness to the most fragile moments of the human soul and translating these stories into visual form requires more than just a photograph: it is about creating an experience, a feeling, a perspective.
