Maasai Children of Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Daily life of children in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where they tend to the livestock and go to school. On their way to school they pick up sticks along the way to be used as cooking and warming fuel. During recess, the children play soccer with a make shift ball. The school services over 900 Maasai boys and girls. The children’s hair is shaved and they wear uniforms so you cannot tell which are the boys or the girls.
