Here’s a magnificent video for Varúð of Sigur Rós, directed by Ryan McGinley. Since the release of their album Valtari in 2012, Sigur Rós fans across the world have been making tribute videos to accompany the group's music. For the project Valtari, the Icelandic band invited a dozen filmmakers to produce videos for the album. After providing the filmmakers with a small budget, Sigur Rós gave them total artistic freedom. Participants include Ramin Bahrani, Alma Har'el and John Cameron Mitchell.
