My new universe “Patiss-graphie” are photos built like canvases made with desserts and edible elements. Search for a balanced composition, the interweaving of shapes, the harmony of colors and the choice of desserts and fruits.
In order to have the desired shapes, shine and colors, I now push the approach to do everything from A to Z by making all my pastries myself.
Portrait photographer for 20 years, I decided to completely change my universe 3 years ago and I decided to turn to food photography.
I wanted to push food photography towards the artistic, graphic, and fairly contemporary side by only taking photos vertically of the dressing plan on fairly large dimensions.
