If you need anything, enjoy the hike to the closest town at 2h by foot trough the forest, you may see some beautifull animals”.
That, could be a brochure for people willing to spend time in the ski station of “Arcs 1600” at the begining of september – Reality is it’s closed, nobody lives up there, everything seems frozen, as if the snow had never melted but became ice. I can still hear the echo of skiers through it.
