“All Roads Lead to Milan” is a photographic inquiry into the liminal spaces that define a city in constant, restless transformation. By tracing the access routes and ring roads—once rural borders, now concrete frontiers—the project explores the complexity of the Milanese margins.
Moving between futuristic architecture and industrial ruins, the series depicts a fragmented urban reality where the promise of the “new” often clashes with the silence of the “abandoned.” Far from the glossy clichés of the fashion capital, these images capture a melancholic and ironic Milan. It is an invitation to look at the periphery not as a dead end, but as a mirror: a place where the metropolis reveals its truest, most unfiltered soul.
