Triple-Trio-Trois
It was while sorting through my photos for a competition submission that the figure of “Three” appeared to me with a frequency I hadn’t been aware of until now. So it would seem, to my eye, and my subconscious on the floor above, that three is a prominent figure, one that captures my attention more than any other. And as my friend the Cat rightly wrote, “In everyday life, three-way friendship is often marked by a fragile balance, where one can feel like too much. The trio thus oscillates between strength and instability, between union and division. It is a dynamic structure, an engine of tensions and creations, a perpetual dance between center and periphery. “
