Eric Bouvet –and Peace

Preview

I worked a lot in 2011. The highlights were on Libya, first on the eastern front heading towards Benghazi, and later in Tripoli during the attack of Gaddafi’s barracks. It was very dangerous. Little of my work appeared internationally. When Tim and Rémy died… my body, my mind refused to accept it.

Everyone said that 2012 would be a terrible year. The economy and society were all going to collapse. However I decided that 2012 would be a year of joy and peace.

So I went on a world tour of Rainbow Family gatherings. These are people who have decided to live in harmony with nature, to respect the earth and mankind. They are vegetarians. They meditate and do yoga. They reject today’s consumer society and its economy. The city is no longer part of their world.
Harmony. Sharing. immersion in beautiful places with happy people full of positive energy. Everyone is welcome here

My first gathering was in Brazil, then in Tennessee, USA, then Slovakia and Guatemala. But I left for India in February to add something else to the exhibition and the book I had planned.
