This series was born while listening to a song by Pomme, “Anxiety.”
Flowers evoke emotions and sensations.
And India ink can express anxieties and pain.
It’s the randomness of using water and ink that gives these photographs an element of the unexpected and surprising.
What do I see appearing?
Is it my unconscious speaking?
Here, India ink implies rendering in black and white.
A translation of contrasts as strong as emotions can be.
Light and a few touches of pure white.
A path to calm?
