This photographic series explores the possibility of an other landscape, born from the superposition and instant fusion of several shots taken in the same place and at the same time. Each image is the result of a precise gesture: two poses at 180 degrees, captured successively, then combined directly by the camera. The fusion takes place according to the light, which has become a raw material and principle of composition.
The landscape is no longer just observed, it is invented in the very moment of its capture. The framing does not preexist: it is constructed at the moment of triggering, in a form of controlled improvisation where intuition guides the gaze. This process blurs spatial landmarks, disrupts the reading of reality and opens up an ambiguous space, at the border between recognition and abstraction.
From this superposition emerge hybrid territories, dreamed and dreamlike landscapes, where the sky can merge with the earth, where the lines duplicate, respond or cancel each other. Some images evoke silent poetry, others install a disorder, an almost disturbing tension, while certain compositions tend towards a more graphic writing, close to drawing or painting.
By merging several points of view into a single image, this series questions our way of perceiving the landscape and time. It offers a visual experience where the real is transformed, fragmented and recomposed, giving way to a subjective, sensitive and unstable vision of the world. The landscape then becomes a mental space as much as a physical one, a fragile, ephemeral construction, suspended between the visible and the imagined.
