Mi Lyah Rot and Mi Seik Chan win the First Prize of Festival Yangon Photo 2016 in amateur category with his series « The Plastic Monk ». Central to this work, Ye Min Oo, a 10 year old Burmese boy who had to quit school after the death of his father. Today he lives with his grandmother, and during the monsoon the boy collects plastic to earn a little money (on average 1 euro per day).
