For his second solo exhibition at the M97 Gallery, Peter Bialobrzeski (b. 1961) is showing four series taken in the last eight years. This German artist studied political science before becoming the photographer of a local newspaper in his native Wolfsburg. He traveled across much of Asia before returning to Europe to study photography. After fifteen years of loyal service, he decided to devote himself full-time to photography, an occupation he considers neither artistic nor documentary, but rather a cultural practice.
