The photographs of Rinko Kawauchi (b. 1972 in Shiga, Japan) are colorful and particularly luminous. In the works that she has published since 2001, which have brought her fame, the photographs were printed on white paper. Sheets, released in 2013 by Kominek Books in Berlin, takes a different approach.
