On January 10, the jury of the second edition of the Prix Icart Photo met to award the Prix 2013 and the Jury Prize. Founded in 2012 by Yan Morvan, the prize awards the best works produced during his month-long seminar held during Icart Photo. The 2013 theme was: “You are the Minister of Culture. Show how you would represent the French cultural heritage.”
