Neue Zürcher Zeitung is the winner of the Visa d’Or for International Daily Press: Gökşin Sipahioğlu by Sipa Press.
Every year since 1990, Visa pour l’Image has given international daily newspapers a stage of their own. Twenty-four titles are competing in 2026 for the Visa d’Or Daily Press Award — from The New York Times to L’Équipe, Le Monde to Helsingin Sanomat — each represented by a single photographer and picture editor. The exhibition, “International Daily Press,” is on view at the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie des Pyrénées-Orientales (CCI) for the duration of the festival, free of charge.
This is the third year the award, the Gökşin Sipahioğlu by Sipa Press Daily Press Visa d’Or, has been sponsored by Sipa Press, with €8,000 in prize money going to the winning title.
