Preview

Objectif FEMMES, the only Parisian festival dedicated to women photographers, celebrates its 10th anniversary. Five photographers are honored at the 9th arrondissement Town Hall in Paris.

For its 10th edition, the Objectif FEMMES festival team presents the five photographers who will be featured in the annual exhibition dedicated to promoting the female perspective in contemporary photography.

From November 12 to 23, 2025, the 9th arrondissement Town Hall in Paris will host this engaging exhibition, open to all. It celebrates the diversity of artistic worlds and the richness of the perspectives of five women photographers, from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared aesthetic commitment and a unique voice.

Five worlds, five personalities, and five atmospheres will coexist for the duration of an exhibition organized under the high patronage of the Ministry of Culture. Here are their names: Coco Amardeil, Laura Bonnefous, Camille Gourdan, Claire Luxton, and LiliRoze.

In its ten years of existence, Objectif FEMMES has enabled numerous artists to take decisive new steps in their careers. Several photographers discovered by the festival have seen their careers accelerate, some, such as Cécile Henryon and Lou Sarda, now benefiting from solo exhibitions or increased institutional recognition. This dynamic illustrates the important role played by the festival in highlighting female talent and building a more egalitarian photography scene.

The 10th edition of the Objectif FEMMES festival is honored to welcome Letizia Le Fur, a photographer renowned for her unique and poetic vision, as patron. Her work, at the crossroads of reality and imagination, sensitively explores the relationship between man and nature. Her presence embodies the excellence and inspiration that the festival team wishes to convey to new generations of artists. In addition to writing the editorial for the anniversary catalog, she will contribute her expertise and insightful perspective as a member of the 2025 jury.

Since its inception, Objectif FEMMES has set itself the mission of fostering, supporting, and promoting female talent in the world of photography. Driven by the vision and commitment of its founder, Karine Paoli, the project continues more than ever, for this 10th edition, its commitment to working towards artistic parity and the recognition of women’s work in the visual arts.

About Objectif FEMMES

Created in 2015 by Karine Paoli, visual artist and founder of the PARISARTISTES Biennale, Objectif FEMMES is a festival committed to promoting the female perspective in contemporary photography. In response to the persistent underrepresentation of women in the visual arts, this annual event provides valuable exposure to talented artists, allowing them to connect with the public, collectors, and industry professionals. In nearly ten years, more than 50 women photographers have been showcased. Supported by the Paris 9th arrondissement City Hall, Objectif FEMMES has established itself as a must-see event on the photography scene. Through challenging and sensitive exhibitions, the festival celebrates the richness, diversity, and power of the female perspective.
