Travel and photograph despite these times of confinement! Vorkouta is a photo reportage about a small city in the north of Russia, 150 km above the polar circle. The originality of this series is that I have never been to Russia; which mean, that I have never walked through the streets of Vorkouta. It is thanks to Google Street View that I could discover this small town of about 60 000 inhabitants and take pictures as if I was an invisible visitor and compose this post-photography series. During those time of confinement, I therefore invite the readers of The Eye of Photography missing wide open spaces to go and discover the world and, why not, take pictures while staying at home ! – Nicolas Baudouin www.nicolasbaudouin.com www.instagram.com/nicobaud/...
