This golden spiral, based on the golden ratio, is a graphical representation of the Fibonacci sequence. The ratio, considered divine in the Renaissance, is found throughout nature in various pure and simple forms. The path it follows is a reference to an order I imposed upon myself, seeking a harmony to guide my work as a photographer, faced with the difficulty of representing a reality that is ever-changing, exhausting and contradictory. My intention is to find a balance between the identity of space and the identity of the photographer’s vision. As with my other projects, I use color film and a 4×5 Sinar camera.
