Photo Doc. Gallery in Paris is pleased to announce the limited-edition Black Panther Party 10-Point Platform and Program Portfolio featuring twelve iconic photographs of the Black Panthers by photographer Stephen Shames, in collaboration with Black Panther Chairman and co-Founder Bobby Seale. This stunning Portfolio highlights the historic 10-Points co-authored by Bobby Seale and co-Founder Huey P. Newton in 1966 that were the cornerstone of the Party’s mission. Each print in the four sets of silver gelatin prints is unique. Bobby Seale came to Stephen Shames’ studio in Brooklyn in April, 2019 and wrote by hand the headline of one of the 10-Points on each print. Then Seale and Shames signed each print. The 10-Point Portfolio will be exhibited and for sale at Fair Photo Doc. and the Photo Doc. Gallery.
