The exhibition “Between Art&Fashion – Photographs from the collection of Carla Sozzani”, curated by Fabrice Hergott, will be presented in Naples at Villa Pignatelli for the first time in Italy, after being exhibited in Paris in 2016 at the Galerie Azzedine Alaïa, the Museum of Fine Arts in Le Locle, Switzerland in 2017, and the Helmut Newton Foundation in Berlin in 2018.
The exhibition features one hundred and sixty works by eighty-seven photographers, including Berenice Abbott, Richard Avedon, Lillian Bassman, Louise Dahl-Wolfe, Horst P. Horst, William Klein, Don McCullin, László Moholy-Nagy, Sarah Moon, Daido Moriyama, Helmut Newton, Irving Penn, Man Ray, Leni Riefenstahl, Paolo Roversi, Alfred Stieglitz and Francesca Woodman, all arranged in alphabetical order by the curator.
