Initiated in 2005 by the 10th arrondissement City Hall and the Château d’Eau library, the 10th District Photography Festival is an event that showcases exhibitions by emerging and professional photographers in various venues throughout the district.
The festival will take place in the 10th arrondissement of Paris from October 2 to November 16, 2025, with the opening event on Thursday, October 2.
From the City Hall to the gates of the gardens, the 10th District Photography Festival brings visibility to the art of photography during a month packed with events: conferences, screenings, workshops, and evening events are organized throughout the duration of the festival. The exhibitions are held outdoors and in public spaces, always with the aim of making art accessible to everyone and fostering dialogue and interaction among visitors.
For the fifth consecutive year, the City Hall of the 10th arrondissement of Paris has entrusted the artistic direction and organization of the festival to the collective Fetart.
