These series are made up of images that are actually digital collages formed with my own material and others taken from digital culture.
I play on the borders between staging and the mirror of reality to which photography has accustomed us for more than a century.
I wander in the interstices between the true and fake, the imaginary and the real.
I confirm the suspicion about the veracity of the vision. The sun does not rise or fall, we are the ones who move.
I use photography as a brush that leaves a piece of an image stamped on the paper.
I work on this material in the way that a musician composes or a writer writes until a door opens and works as an invitation to places where whoever enters can wander and let themselves be lost freely and enjoy a moment of Liberty.
I believe that beauty is today an act of resistance. Because it is simultaneously an object and a subjective state of consciousness, it is form when we judge it and life when we feel it.
Since beauty is not a quality inherent in things but one that consciousness incorporates into things, it would become extinct along with mankind.
To maintain the mutable and evolutionary quality of the consciousness means to continue life, to keep the impulse of feeling active.
