The Cannes Film Festival is about to open its 68th edition. This year the jury will be presided over by Joel and Ethan Cohen. A David Seymour photograph of Ingrid Bergman graces the poster. Her daughter, Isabella Rossellini, will preside over the “Un Certain Regard” selection, with Mad Max featuring Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron screening out of competition.
L’Oeil de la Photographie will be celebrating Cannes for the next three days with a selection of books, films, portfolios and exhibition, exploring the close relationship between photography at the cinema.
