Designer, art director and friend Eric Ciborowski came to me in 2006 with the idea of making portraits of the young men in Brittany, France, in a specific region called Bigouden‘s country. He loves this place and wanted to share the rough beauty of it. I was quite excited to take the opportunity to discover the country where my father was born, a place I didn’t know that well, but more than that, it would become my “French West”.
