The 6th edition of Usimages, a biennial exhibition of industrial heritage and labor photography, addresses the theme of transportation through a program of 12 exhibitions spread across the municipalities of the Creil Sud Oise metropolitan area.
From April 12 to June 15, 2025, these outdoor exhibitions will be held in the municipalities of Cramoisy, Creil, Maysel, Montataire, Nogent-sur-Oise, Rousseloy, Saint-Leu-d’Esserent, Saint-Maximin, Saint-Vaast-lès-Mello, Thiverny, and Villers-Saint-Paul.
The Usimages program focuses on creativity by inviting contemporary photographers such as Stéphane Couturier, Marc Paygnard, Sylvain Bonniol, and Dominique Leroux.
The biennial revisits photographic collections through renewed collaborations with the Heritage and Photography Media Library, the National Archives of the World of Work, the Ministry of the Armed Forces, and the Institute for the History of Aluminum.
Finally, the festival continues its support for young artists by offering Delphine Lefebvre and Loredana Marini the opportunity to undertake an artistic residency in four companies in the Creil basin, presented in a large retrospective exhibition of all the photographers welcomed in companies over the past 10 years.
