Third edition of the Photoclimat Biennial

Preview

Nicolas Henry and the Letourdunmonde association are launching the third edition of the PHOTOCLIMAT Biennial, from September 12 to October 12, 2025.

PHOTOCLIMAT is the first free, outdoor environmental and social biennial, taking place over one month in the heart of Paris and the surrounding region.

Its aim is to give visibility to NGOs and foundations through photographic art, showcasing their daily activities and highlighting the work of these organizations and the people who volunteer with them. In France, more than 12 million people belong to an association—almost one in five people.

Through a series of artistic exhibitions, events, and meetings organized by NGOs, the biennial offers all audiences (the general public, young people, environmental activists and leaders, businesses, and public authorities) an opportunity to learn about the social and environmental issues of our time.

The goal is to promote the mission and advocacy of non-profit organizations and foundations, raising awareness and encouraging donations, volunteering, and the recruitment of talented individuals.

It also aims to encourage artists to get involved, thus broadening the representation of the causes they support.

Art and culture are used as tools for communication in this unique event, bringing together artists and NGOs around the theme of civic engagement. Educational programs are also offered to reach young audiences, who will be the agents of change tomorrow.

Accessible to all thanks to its outdoor format, PHOTOCLIMAT combines contemporary artworks and photojournalism within large-scale, eco-designed installations that incorporate the principles of the circular economy and recycling.
