Last week saw the opening of PhotoMed, the Mediterranean photography festival. Organized by Jean-Luc Monterosso, for its third edition, the work of nearly 30 photographers will be on display as part of 20 exhibitions, including: a special tribute to the late Gabriele Basilico, a showcase of young Lebanese photographers, an overview of Slovenian photography from 1965 to the present day, and shows devoted to Fouad Elkoury, Tony Hage, Katerina Kaloudi, Stratis Vogiatzis, Gali Tibbon, Nino Migliori, Jacques Filiu, Didier Massard, and the paparazzi team Bruno Mouron and Pascal Rostain.
