Almost ten years ago, I spent an autumn in residence at Cambridge University. Day after day, I wandered through streets and parks, cycled and took buses, walked a lot. Without claiming to be a “local”, I gradually moved away from the position of a passing tourist and photographed as I went about my daily routine, looking at things halfway between exoticism and habit.
