After nearly two years of distant dealing and online offers, we could not be more excited to present a selection of singular prints by our represented artists in a real-life environment. Highlights will include a large format print of Richard Avedon’s ‘Sandra Bennett, Twelve Year Old, Rocky Ford, Colorado’ from his ‘In The American West’ series. The print is the cover of his esteemed book by the same name and the veritable face of his magnum opus. Also, vintage dye transfer prints by Hiro : a bastion of the industry who sadly passed away earlier this year, leaving behind a legacy of intensely rich, powerful pictures. Beside these, rare, early ‘ferrotyped’ gelatin silver prints by Helmut Newton – a man and photographer whose pictures are unparalleled for their wit, political subtlety, and provocative effect.
Works by Irving Penn, Herb Ritts, Mario Testino, Nobuyoshi Araki, Erwin Olaf, Roger Ballen, Jeanloup Sieff, Sir Don McCullin, Horst P Horst, Albert Watson, Daido Moriyama, and Christopher Thomas will also be featured.
