The gallery shows new work by Ayana V. Jackson, a prelude to her 2020 exhibition at the Smithsonian. The artist is apart of the JPMorgan Chase Art Program and will be hosting a talk during the fair with curator Jason Molchanow. The booth will feature new photographs, a further exploration of the artists use of archival impulse and her assessment of the impact of the colonial gaze on the history of photography and its relationship to ideas about the body.
