L’Enfant Sauvage Gallery welcomes Martin Bogren (Agence VU) with an exhibition entitled “A Summer of a Thousand Years” and a small selection from a new series, “Sleepers”.
“A Summer of a Thousand Years” is the fleeting tale of a summer, with images that seem like apparitions, consumed by light and seemingly on the verge of fading.
Martin Bogren’s work reads like a timeless tale, both intimate and universal. He evokes the feeling of “once upon a time” at the edge of a mystical wood, where a deer casting a fleeting glance, the sea mingles with the setting sun, and almost mythical creatures whizz by. Each image is a whisper, a furtive kiss, a moment suspended in the delicate balance between reality and dream.
