Irving S.T. Garp, one of our most loyal readers, has just been named winner of the international Metro Photo Awards, sponsored by the United Nations.
His comment:
“My photograph, “Grain de pavé,” was selected from 127,000 submissions from 35,000 photographers from 17 countries. I’ll be proud to represent Belgian art at the United Nations in New York.”
