The Galerie Roger-Viollet opens its doors for its new summer exhibition, inviting visitors to rediscover Paris from a new perspective. This year, two remarkable artists, 13bis and Mr. Djub, join forces to offer an original, playful, and surreal exploration of the capital with Paname Rendez-Vous.
Two collage virtuosos, 13 bis and Mr. Djub, natives of Paris and seasoned oneirographers, join forces this year to guide this unusual, humorous, and surreal exploration of the capital. This collaboration, initiated by the gallery, is based on the mutual respect the two artists have long held for each other’s work. They are distinguished by their unique, yet similar, aesthetics, as well as their respective techniques. 13bis specializes primarily in digital collage, while Mr. Djub, with a more traditional approach, uses scissors, glue, and old newspapers.
