The Or Bleu photography competition is now closed. Here are the winners of this second edition.
1st Prize: awarded unanimously to Jean-Michel Lebeau (Calvados) for his photograph *Red Sea on the Côte de Nacre*. (A rare moment of the year in Luc-sur-Mer, as the setting sun rarely sets the Côte de Nacre ablaze, since it does not face east)
2nd Prize: Jean-Luc Labreize (Vienne) ‘Gold and Water’ – an evening of heavy swells in Saint-Malo
3rd Prize: Christine Batard (Paris) – ‘Mirage’: One evening in the Arctic, the water turns golden and a floating mirage can be seen…
A two-month exhibition
This event will run throughout the 2026 summer season (from 11 July to 20 September), in the open air.
A free festival, open to all
The Or Bleu Festival wanted to make this photography festival free so that everyone can enjoy it and discover the photographers’ works throughout the town of La Roche-Posay.
An artistic project
Since the project began, the organisers have chosen to develop partnerships with local businesses and community organisations.
Renowned photographers
The aim is to present a selection of nationally and internationally recognised artists.
