Why Onions? I started documenting onions in portrait style around one year ago. For this project I have several motivations. To answer the question why onions my answers are as below:
1- Onions are tasty and they make our food taste better.
2- Onions give us the reason to cry. Whenever someone needs to cry without explaining the reasons for others, the person can easily peel an onion. Nobody mind your tears when you peel an onion. In other word onions give us privacy.
3- Onions are beautiful.
This project has around 40 photos which I select some of them for this document. The aim of the project is to have an exhibition, photos and an installation with onions.
