This year, the Galerie Huit in Arles leaves plenty of room to Cédric Porchez for the presentation of his creation-design work: “of another nature”.
This professional photographer, born and based in Paris, works mainly for advertising and especially for luxury products, in particular perfumes.
His personal research leads him quite naturally towards still lifes or more precisely objects, more or less unusual, from which he tries to extract an essential form. The use of black and white minimizes the subject and the gaze is focused on the object.
