Mask Series April 2020 – Since the outbreak of the Coronavirus at the beginning of 2020, the wearing of a face mask has become an essential part of our daily routine.
Having experienced the many emotional responses to these unusual circumstances, the search for masks, toilet paper, and even food. Our society has adapted to these conditions with remarkable tolerance and
understanding.
As a photomontage artist living and working in Hong Kong, I have created a series of photomontages based on the face mask which has become the symbol of Hong Kong people’s resolve to beat the virus. – Wing Chan
