‘You’ is a series of self-portraits dealing with the notion of privacy, social and personal taboos and the need to free ourselves from restrictions of any kind. Each photo in the series represents a certain stage of evolution of finding oneself and reaching a state of freedom and self awareness. The process of making self-portraits for me is a way to face myself, overcome obstacles, issues, fears, and finally allow new opportunities to surface.
