Sandrine Elberg –Paris Burlesque

Preview

In far too many pictures I’ve been seeing lately, we are no longer
dealing with Photography, but with “photographic design”, pictures
born out of a certain internal preoccupation, an art form that would
be otherwise immaterial, convinced of itself. But we can refer to
Cioran “all convictions are obstacles to freedom”. That is what I
like about Sandrine Elberg’s work about New Burlesque women.
Addressing “all bodies, all origins” is a step towards freedom.
