In 1950, Robert Frank left his job as a photographer in New York to travel across Europe with his family. That summer, he arrived in Valencia, Spain, at the time a humble place, struggling in the aftermath of the war like the rest of the country. Frank walked through the city and its outskirts, capturing daily life in a fishing village.
