A world consumed by comsumerism………..stuff is every where. Out with the old and in with the new became ubiquitous. How old does it have to be before it is discarded?How perfect does it have to be? Our waterways are full of plastic – our streets and gutters littered with coffee cups and discarded rubbish.
With this continuing series… I have combined the human body with the trash that I have rescued from the gutters and waterways where I live in Sydney. Out of the ugly destruction caused by humans I am trying to create imagery that can be considered thought provoking-interesting and beautiful. Ugly can be beautiful.
