On the occasion of Paris Photo, we asked the exhibiting galleries for their suggestions on 3 images at 3 different price points: under 1,000 euros, from 1,000 to 2,000 euros, and over 5,000 euros. Here are the results, and thank you again to them!
Here’s what Galerie Bruno Tartarin (France) is presenting: Heinrich Heidersberger (1906-2006) for 900 euros, Unidentified Photographer,
Black Cat for 1,800 euros, and Gabriel Loppé (1825-1913) The Eiffel Tower struck by lightning during a storm for €8,000.
Camera Obscura (France): Here are three images by Yamamoto Masao, Pentti Sammallahti and Sarah Moon – #1739 at €1800, Iraq 2001 at €900, and finally Dior Maria Grazia II, 2024, reached the price of €27,500.
During Paris Photo, Galerie Caroline O’Breen (The Netherlands) among all their photos, shows two images of Satijn Panyigay priced at €750 and €1550, and one of Anastasia Samoylova priced at €10,750.
And finally, the Christophe Gaillard Gallery (France) does not offer any images for less than €5000: SMITH, Untitled (Dami, Fulmen), 2023-2024
