The booth of Galerie XII Paris is dedicated to a solo-show of the Italian artist Paolo Ventura. It is designed in two sections: new unpublished works created in 2021, in total exclusivity for Paris Photo. The images offer a glimpse in the world of the circus. The technique, as always with Ventura, is mixed: painting, sculpture, drawing, set design, all blend in two dimensions. And a retrospective of prints from previous series (Short Stories, Morte e Resurrezione, Behind the Walls). The originality and transversality of this artist’s work will be highlighted, acclaimed for his timeless and enigmatic works, Paolo Ventura will be on the stand to sign his book.
